Return Policy

CanadaOffroad.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any problems with the products you received, please call us at +1 833-333-2992 during our normal business hours, or email at info@canadaoffroad.com and our team of experts will work with you to find a solution.

If a product is damaged or you receive an incorrect product (poor finish, specifications, etc.), we ask that you take pictures of the affected product and contact us as soon as possible. Under no circumstances should you install a damaged or incorrect product.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered during installation, we ask that you take pictures of the affected product and contact us before continuing with the installation.

In the rare case of an installation problem, Canada Offroad requires customers to take pictures before requesting a return and will not cover any labor costs incurred.

In the rare case of returns in which there is an exchange/exchange of products, the following two options are available:

✷ Returns will not be accepted on items that are without original packaging

Quick Method: A second order will be processed, charged in full and shipped to you. Simultaneously, a return for the original order will be processed. A refund for the second order will be issued once the original order has been returned, received and inspected.

Long Method: If you do not wish to be charged for a second order, a return for your original order will be processed. Once it has been returned, received and inspected, a second order will be shipped to you.

We ask that you retain all original boxes and protective packaging for one week after your order has been fully delivered. In the case of a return, we ask that the products be returned in the same condition as they were originally received.

Authorization required

Whatever the situation, contact us first so we can find the best solution for you. To facilitate access to your file, please have your order number on hand.

No unauthorized returns will be accepted, if you refuse the order upon receipt, we will apply the return policy according to the applicable conditions

✷Canada Offroad accepts returns within 30 days of delivery under certain conditions.

Exchange terms without fees.

⚬ The product has been damaged during shipping.

⚬ The product has a manufacturing defect.

⚬ The product does not match what was purchased and described on the invoice.

Conditions for a full refund.

⚬ An order cannot be fulfilled and a comparable product is not available.

⚬ A product is received damaged and a replacement is not available.

⚬ A pricing error is made on behalf of the manufacturer and the excess cannot be absorbed by either Canada Offroad or the consumer.

⚬ We made a pricing error on the website and you do not wish to pay the corrected price.

Condition for a refund subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.

⚬ An order is cancelled by the customer or refused delivery.

⚬ You changed your mind after receiving your order.

⚬ You selected the wrong dimensions or product.

⚬ The product you ordered is compatible with your vehicle, but not with your existing equipment or modifications that may have been made to it (i.e., tires that are not compatible with the wheels you already own or vice versa).

⚬ You ordered the wrong type of tires, wheels, accessories or entered incorrect vehicle information when placing the order.

⚬ You changed your mind and cancel your order after it has been billed or processed.

Non-return conditions

⚬ You order products against the recommendations of our experts.

⚬ Products on special order/final sale.

⚬ An order having only one mag or only one tire.

⚬ You or your installer have damaged the product in any way.

⚬ Tires were mounted on wheels or wheels were installed on the vehicle.

⚬ Studdable tires have been studded.

⚬ Custom drilled wheels.

⚬ You damage products while driving (Road hazards).

⚬ 30 days after sale.

⚬ Wheels that have been modified, painted or coated.

⚬ Wheels or tires that have been mounted/balanced.

⚬ Returns will not be accepted on items that are without original packaging.

✷ Before tires are mounted, we require a test fit to ensure proper caliper and suspension clearance.

Refund Procedure

Canada Offroad will refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Please note that the refund may appear in your account 5 to 10 business days after it is requested.
