Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Fulfillment begins after payment is confirmed and all necessary shipping details are provided.

CANADA OFFROAD offers free shipping up to $150 CAD per order, within Canada only. If the shipping cost exceeds $150, the customer will be notified and given two options: - Pay the difference in shipping cost, or - Provide an alternate shipping address with a lower shipping fee. Orders will not ship until the customer confirms one of these two options in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes after the order is placed must be confirmed in writing. CANADA OFFROAD is not liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information.

Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information by email. All shipments include carrier tracking, and when available, photo proof of delivery (POD).

Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the shipment as "delivered" to the provided address. Deliveries made to lobbies, front doors, or parcel lockers are considered valid and complete. Some deliveries may be left without a signature at the discretion of the carrier. By placing an order, the customer agrees that they are responsible for the package once the carrier confirms delivery, regardless of whether a signature was obtained. CANADA OFFROAD is not responsible for any theft or loss that occurs after confirmed delivery.

Orders containing multiple items (e.g., wheels, tires, TPMS sensors, hardware) may be shipped separately. As a result, customers may receive multiple tracking numbers depending on fulfillment logistics.

Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. All claims must include supporting photos and a description of the issue.

If a customer cancels or requests a refund, please note that transaction fees imposed by payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Affirm, credit card processors) are non-refundable. These fees typically range from 3% to 10% of the order total, depending on the payment method used, and will be deducted from the refund amount. By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to assume responsibility for these non-recoverable third-party transaction costs.
